Where to get Bloodwork done?

I had to reset my labtop to factory condition and I lost my favorites. There was a thread on this site it had a private bloodwork place you could get all your hormones checked, they had different packages for testing different things. I'm not sure if this sounds familiar to anyone or if this thread is even in the correct area of this forum but if somone does know and could throw that link up thatd be great, thanks.
