do you think his thoughts on diets are boreing are true or do u belive healthy diet is all the way whould u rather die eating kfc or chicken breast
When it comes to fast food it's a case of everything in moderation and ignorance is bliss.
theres a very simple formula..calories in=calories out..if yu can keep that balance with ****ty food you wont get fat..its just not healthy.like stated above..moderation is the key
I agree with the calories in... calories out.
That being said, I love my pizza and hot wings...
Remember though, from a lot of the junk food we eat may be high in calories, but LOW in nutrients. This does impact your physique.
For fast food: Think Subway instead of Wendys

On the other hand, I think calories in = calories out can only apply to macros. Otherwise, no, it's false that all foods are the same if you standardize their calories. Several published studies show how the type and quality of fat intake affects the fat content of an animal's cell membrane. Such makeup differences will affect an animals metabolism and can have other health implications in the long term (more prone to initiating or propagating inflammatory responses, poor insulin or protein sensitivity, etc).
maybe a higher quality fried chicken? but yeah with in reason why cant you have something a little bad everyonce and a while..
I'm not prepping for anything, and not trying to get to super low body fat. so why not have a cheat meal or two every week?
