Passed all drug tests. Made open to random testing. Passed everything. Always in shape. Jeff Everson said Ashley was the most dedicated and meticulous bodybuilder in regards to nutrition that he had ever seen.

I used to read about this guy back about in the early 90s I think. He was real big on drinking MCT oil or something. He had a great shape.
 
my very first trainer used to be training partners with mike and said that the attention to diet even blew his mind... and he was a competitive bodybuilder
 
this is just crazy but must be very happy wonder what he looks like now??
