Pro BB Steroid Use
Anybody who who follows the sport obviously knows it requires steroid use.
Do the pro's use black market products or have doc prescribed stuff? Or a little of both. I follow the sport very close, but certain info like this isn't discussed.
Support to your response is appreciated (aka, don't post - it is dr. prescribed (-: or .....they use black market (-;

I would say both. Over at bb.com I have seen former pros not mention that their stuff was prescribed (which pretty much means black market) and that it was prescribed so prolly just matters on the individual.
I doubt top guys like cutler/dexter/heath are getting black market stuff thoSerious Nutrition Solutions Representative

well seeing as the amount they would have to be prescribed would be way way over trt i would assume most are getting it illegaly. Also it's pretty well document alot of top pros have had legal issues with A.S. are they using UG stuff probablly not. But we also know Pro Wrestlers get busted and they make just as much money and are just as well known if not more so than Pro BB's

My father is a retired dentist, and even he could prescribe things that would raise the attention of the govmt, I know of a couple of times that he had to submit documents to use certain drugs on patients who had unique disorders. They might not catch someone the first time around, but they are definitely keeping watch over what is prescribed and to who.

If we don't catch it, the insurance company usually does. Depends on if the drug is expensive or not. Most of the time you don't get caught, I would say 90% of the time. But usually if a doctor breaks the law, it's usually more than once and for more than once patient and the risk get higher of getting caught.

Probably not black market, there are many tricky ways to get things when you are in teh loop and know the right people.

go to bb.com the ifbb sub forum and look up Pro Tom Prince, he talks about getting all of his from US doctors and pharmacies only.

I don't beleive Tom Prince, and their are quite a few things you can't get from a doctor, that all these guys are using. I can go to a doctor and get quite a bit, but you are going to be limited in the type of drugs.
And of course he is going to say that, do you think he is going to say on BB.com that he is getting all his **** from the trunk of a car in the back of the gym.

If you read through all of his posts, hes seems pretty legit. He doesn't compete anymore or have sponsors so why would he lie? and he gives details into the cycles he ran.
dont know the rules on posting another forums address, but i dont think anyone is going to leave

FYI anyone can get tren/fina, they are the same thing. Fina pellets are produced for bovine as stated above. It is an incredibly potent steroid and can get you jacked like you would not believe but also causes more damage than you would care for. Also anyone can buy them, if i remember correctly i think i saw them on amazon a couple years ago.

also another thing. Possibly these pros get there gear from doctors but it is still the black market. there is no way that a doctor is going to risk his practice by selling anavar, gh, primobolan, stonanzonal, test and all sorts of other anabolics on the record. These anabolics are in theory prescribed for terminally ill patients to prevent wasting or by vets to farmers, not for hormone replacement. Test and GH are the only hormones prescibed to humans for HRT that could also be abused by bodybuilders.
Obviously Jay Cutler is not terminally ill. Therefore I would be willing to wager a hefty sum of money that he gets his gear illegaly.
Their is also something called doctor shopping where you go around and get a bunch of the same drug from multiple doctors. If they do that, that is also illegal.

deca can be presrcibed for arthritis? I have not heard that one but seriously talk about a red flag. That would not make sense.
Also I have not heard of winny, a low adrogenic steroid, being used for
T(testosterone)RT, it simply doesn't make sense.
So a 300 pound dude walks into a doctor and says, "i need some deca for my arthritis, some winny for my TRT, also some T for my TRT, some HGH for my terminal illness and also some HCG so my balls dont shut down. Oh yeah and hook me up with some nolva too, thanks. And did i mention I would need enough for about 5 people?" No sane legal doctor will do that. It is black market.

Thats a very nice opinion, but just because you believe it doesn't mean its true. I on the other hand have a TRT doctor who does prescribe those items if your medical history and blood tests show the need and stay in reasonable levels.
