TF posted this on another forum. Gotta love keeping **** simple.

2008 Off Season Nutrition Strategy

Meal 1 - 15 egg whites, 2 whole eggs, 4 slices of Ezekial toast, 1 cup (dry) of Ezekial with one cup of coffee.

Meal 2 - 10 oz. steak with 2 cups of rice.

Pre-Workout - 1 scoop of Cell-Tech.

Workout - Train for an hour {workout guidelines below}

Post-Workout - 1 scoop of Cell-Tech with 3 scoops of Anator P70.

Meal 3 - 10 oz. of chicken with 4 cups of rice (cooked).

Meal 4 - 10 oz. of buffalo meat with 2 cups of rice.

Meal 5 - 10 oz. of turkey, one cup of Ezekial cereal and 2 slices of Ezekial bread.

Meal 6 - 3 scoops of Nitro-Tech and 4 slices of Ezekial bread.

2008 Off Season Workout Strategy

Day 1 - Delts, traps & upper back

Day 2 - Legs

Day 3 - Off

Day 4 - Back & biceps

Day 5 - Chest, triceps & calves

Day 6 - Repeat Day 1

I stick to 3 or 4 exercises per bodypart. Total sets for each bodypart are 9-12. Reps are 8-10. This is a lot less than the past, but I am training with more weights and feeling it better. I am back to heavy squats, heavy benching, and heavy rowing for more thickness and muscle maturity.

I can understand him taking the creatine and protein supplements - reckon he's taking the Anator P70?

What exactly is that stuff, and what does it do?

I look at these diet routines and think they're BS. I think they use what sounds good and thro in their sponsored products. Too much is at stake to share a complete list of nutrition/training/supplements. I also can never understand how anyone can eat like this and not suffer extreme digestive issues. Maybe it's because when I ate like that I became ill after about 6 months.

The diet could definitely be BS, but what about it causes you digestive issues? I can eat pretty similar without any issues.

Couldnt supplement enough vit/min to correct what I wasn't getting in whole foods and I also started getting issues from glutten. If I tried to take in extra supps to correct the problems I got sick from taking too many pills. It took six months of eating like that though.

It's a direct contridiction of all that BS advertising. It should be mentioning NanoVapour, that IceAge Crap, Creakic, Gakic and what ever other sugar-dominated products they spit onto the market

My diet is actually very similar...I eat primarily only meats. Steak (thin ones), chicken breast strips, deli ham and turkey, turkey burgers, lotts of green beans, green/red peppers, onions, and broccoli.

skakes and skim milk are are all day thing as well.

Difference between having a week long or longer variation but when they post a one day meal planner and act as if it's repeated, it's misleading. It could very well be a bias on my part too.

Pros diets are about as useful as their alleged training.

Most people, esp naturals could not intake such a massive amount of protein without having some type of digestive issues.

I stick with 1.5g/lb MAX for protein.

6 months of eating like that created a permanent digestive problem ? I don't quite understand this post.

Permanent? No but it took a long time to recover. Basically an unknown small allergy became a big one that I didn't understand at the time and let the symptoms slide thinking it was something else. When it got bad enough it led to the lack of absorbtion of vit/min which caused even more issues.

I stick to around 40g of protein max for each meal. The 60g+ days are long gone..................

Me too 35-45 is my range. I also forgot to mention that during this time my fat intake was low too which caused even more issues.

I was having some digestive issues for awhile intaking too much food in one meal. This is on top of using digestive enzymes as well.

I'm not sure how accurate material is in general re: professional bodybuilders.

I use on average 50g's per meal and anywhere from 1.5 all the way up to 2g's/lb of BW per day. I've done close to 100g's per meal before though on all out bulks, but like reaper those days are likely long gone. Thankfully never ran into any digestive issues.

Jayhawk what were your early symptoms you ignored? Just general digestive problems (diarrhea, constipation, etc)?

I think the diet is legit. A friend (kinda we don't hang out a ll the time or anything) Has a good friend who is competing for his pro card in 4 weeks I believe and last winter I was with them for a good part of the day and he eat's pretty similar to what Jay Cutler has listed.

He takes Broemalin and digestive enzymes with each meal also.

It's possible... my diet rarely changes and have received great results being consistant.

true story. i was in service in AIT (specialty training). i ate:

breakfast:
omlette with veggies
2 bacon
2 sausage
4 bowls of cereal with whole milk
2 oranges

snack:
3 muskateers (unable to leave secured facility)

lunch:
2 double cheeseburgers
1 reuben
2 glasses whole milk

snack:
m&m's or 3 muskateers (again, secured facility)

dinner:
army entree
1 reuben

post dinner
1/2 a medium supreme pizza

- not many clean calories, massive sodium overload, almost no veggies (potassium levels were shot), so go figure. also nutrient timing is pretty big, and i didn't have that luxury. also 6 miles of running a day is wretched for bulking.

when i got to my station (fort riley) and was in the field, i ate 3 MRE's per day. i don't know how many calories they have each, but i've heard rumors they're around 2k each.

now, i eat just under what he eats, and my calories are fairly clean, and i'm gaining pretty decently.
now
breakfast - 5 eggs, two bowls of cereal (organic version of honey bunches of oats) with whole milk, two cups of coffee with three cups of 1/2 and 1/2 = 1900 calories
snack - peanut butter - 2 tbsp = 180 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
lunch - two double cheeseburgers = 800 calories
pre workout - 50g of protein, 120g of carbs = 650 calories
post workout - 50g of protein, 120g of carbs = 650 calories
snack - peanut butter - 2 tbsp = 180 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
dinner - 8oz buffalo or chicken + veggies + rice = 400 calories
snack - two servings of peanut butter (4 tbsp) = 360 calories
snack - string cheese = 90 calories
bedtime meal - 6-8 oz steak - no veggies or carbs = 280 calories (i'm guessing here)
also throughout the day i drink 1/2 a gallon of whole milk (1000+ calories), and the 3 cups of 1/2 and 1/2 are 1000 calories as well

my calories might not look clean now, but with the exception of string cheese and the pre/post workout, everything i eat is organic, and i cook all my meals at home, in either olive or canola oil.

My diet is similar but without nearly as many carbs - carbs first thing am and post workout. After that, it's all meat, veggie and fat. 6 oz meat though instead of 10oz.

I agree though, I don't see any of these guys coming completely clean on any aspect of their training/diet. ANd Anator??????? Give me a F;ing break.

My rule of thumb: if it's sold in GNC, it's overpriced, overadvertised and it probably sucks.

I think that is an acceptable swap. Yak anus is hard to find at your local grocery store anyways.
