It doesn't seem like EndoAmp needs to be cycled on and off, but is there any reason you should take breaks from PS?

From what I read about PS, it sounds like something beneficial that you can run as a support supp all year long (if you can afford to) if you live a stressful/busy life.

Yep, its a long-term supplement. Something that would be very helpful for the situation you mentioned.
