PP - Do you have any recommendations for any of your products in terms of my lab tests?

Here is my 24-hour urine test BEFORE Clomid: (All ranges in ug)

DHEA 7821 (5 - 1476) = REALLY HIGH (Shippen said due to stress)

FSH 1.9 (1.6 - 8.0)

Looks like EndoAMP could help me with my elevated Cortisol levels... don't know what to do with my insanely out of wack DHEA levels. Appreciate the help!

Yes, the EndoAmp would be an excellent idea to control the cortisol, which should help raise your test levels.

In fact, all 3 products in our Testosterone Recovery Stack would help your situation. These products could also be stacked with Clomid if you wanted to continue therapy.

However, the products in the Testosteorne Recovery Stack should allow you to support these higher test levels without the clomid, and allow you to feel better. (If your prone to the emotional/sexual side effects of Clomid)

Would the Testosterone stack be able to bulk me up? I've been going to the gym lately and haven't been noticing any gains for some reason. In fact, I'm losing muscle but still able to lift the same amount of weights (which is weird).... I just want to get my mass back with the summer coming up.

The amount of weight you gain has more to do with your protein and calorie intake, but yes, increasing testosterone is going to allow you to make better gains in the gym.
