Pete's brand coffee has a nice Columbian Supremo and Mate' mix that I used to get. Can't find it anymore though.

The directions say take each serving with 8 oz of water. Does it matter if it's on an empty stomach or should it be with food? I am thinking on an empty stomach but I wanted to be sure.

Weve had some reports of "light-headedness" if taken on an empty stomach... probably best with food IMO.
