I am prepping for a fitness test and need to increase my cardio (VO2 Max) while keeping my strength up. As such I'm not looking for a big weight gain. I was thinking Androdrive but am up for any suggestions. Thanks in advance!
I can't personally comment on if AndroDrive supported my cardio or not, but I am interested in other's responses. It definitely helps with focus, but I do not think it has a direct impact on cardio.
Thanks for the response. I am a little torn between drive and lean as my main focus is keeping my strength/muscle when adding in lots of cardio. I don't want to put on too much weight and those two seem to offer what I'm looking for. When 1,4 AD was around I megadosed that stuff while fighting in kickboxing tourneys and my cardio went through the roof and a gained a couple lbs lean mass without trying. It was great.
I am sorry I was mistaken. Eric said VO2 max should be increased. It is mentioned in the white papers.
