Starting Log with AndroHard/AndroLean with AndroEnhance .....

Hi guys... I will be starting a log on the AH/AL with AE as soon as it gets here. Matt says it will ship on Monday... hoping to have it here by Thursday or sooner.

I will be updating here as well and I also have my YouTube Channel that I'm posting videos. I just started the channel for logging these supplements. I'm still getting used to the software so bear with me....
They will get better and better


I have a few videos posted ... and I will be uploading 3 more tonight/tomorrow. 1 is a leg workout, 1 is a back workout and 1 will be an Introduction to TL Fitness (name of channel)... info about me, what goals I have, info on the supplements I will be taking, etc.

And alittle misleading in my first sentence.... I will be starting the AH/AL tomorrow (Monday) and adding in the AE when it shows.... hopefully by Thursday if it ships tomorrow .... :)

Any that shouldn't be stacked? bulk/lean, for example


I'm sure I'm the first one intrigued by the idea of a little assistance with a lean bulk.....

Hey guys....

So I started the stack yesterday which was a day off from training for me. Today was chest/triceps which is a change from my contest prep. I was doing arms together but decided to change it up and try and confuse the old body... :)

I wanted to go over a couple things about me and my diet at this point.

I'm 48 years old ... started lifting about 2 years ago ... but during the first year of training I had 3 injurys ... which set me back about 3 months. I train 5 days a week with Monday and Thursdays off. I split up the training with days off instead of doing 5 days in a row with 2 off. I feel that my body needs the rest in between the training days.... remember I'm old ... :)

My training at this point is performing about 10-15 reps per set and I use very strict form. During the contest prep I was really able to learn to have a great mind/muscle connection and zero in on making the particular muscle group work to the best of its ability. I truely believe that in order for the muscle to grow you must be able to establish the mind/muscle connection. I believe that it is very important to purposley dial in to the actual muscle working and do everything possible to "relax" all the other muscle that could become involved if your just concerned with moving the weight from point A to point B.

Now.... in order to do this properly ....at least in my case... I have to not get caught up in the amount of weight that I'm moving. If I'm concerned with how much weight I can move... I should become a power lifter. That is not my goal. My goal is to gain muscle mass that is bigger, rounder and fuller than what I have now. I believe the only way to that is to focus on the muscle that is "supposed" to be worked. You will not move as much weight, but you will in my belief have more of an effect on the muscle your working.

Now dont get me wrong the amount of weight that I'm using as I go into the 8 week phase is to increase it but not at the expense of losing the mind/muscle connection.

My diet right now has just been bumped up to about 3500 calories on workout days ... and non-workout days is about 2800 calories. I was at 3200 on workout days but I'm holding my condition fairly well so Matt (Porter) made a change in the diet. Matt was able to do so much with my physique in just 3 months of contest prep that I have him on retainer for my off-season :) I plan on logging my progress through out my off-season. I will have pics as well as video which I believe adds alot more to logs then just pics.

I am still amazed at your prep transformation.
Thanks HTS !! I was hard work .... but ... man even I was amazed, but again... without Matt it couldn't have happened.... without the full on effort it couldn't have happend. I love teamwork !!! :)

Now... the off-season transformation begins... :) Feeling good and hitting it hard. More videos soon ... :)

yes sir .... I did some lifting for about 9 months ... but that was like 13-14 years ago...when I was young ... :) Hoping this next year brings some big changes and size ... :)

Ok guys.... here is a small update for tonight.... running late as I just got home from chest/tricep workout. I just ate my first mid-week high calorie meal which consisted of 12 oz New York Strip, 12 oz white potato with cottage cheese as a topping and 3 skinny cow ice cream sandwiches (thanks Matt Porter) :)

Yesterday was the start of the 2nd week of the AH/AL and I just added in AE Sunday morning. I am starting to see and feel a difference in my body and my workouts. My body even though I'm still lean from my show.... I'm showing even more vascularity all up and through my stomach.... my arms/shoulders during my workout tonight looked sick... like a major roadmap made up of highways and side streets !! I received alot of comments tonight and was feeling very full and round.

I unfortunately felt alittle twinge in my left upper shoulder/pec area where your collarbone is.... for sure is muscle issue... I only feel it on certain exercises ... so I'll need to let it heal up .... should be good to go again next week for chest again. I've had this before and think the reason it hit me up again... is become I'm getting stronger so I'm adding in more weight and less reps. I'll need to take it slow and controlled and build it back up again.

I've also noticed that I'm seeing detail in my chest that I haven't really seen before.... I really believe it is the combo of the AH/AL ... I'm looking harder but also leaner at the same time.... great combo to start seeing just at the beginning of the 2nd week.

My daughter had all 4 of her wisdom teeth removed last Thursday so we have not filmed any workouts this week. Friday I will have a workout partner and she will be filming so I'll be updating the YouTube channel hopefully this weekend. I do have a video done that is just still pics of when I started lifting about 2 years ago up to and including the show from this July 7th. I will post that up either tonight or tomorrow ... please check out the videos and if you have any advise as far as length, content and such I'm all ears. I want to make them interesting and to show at least what has worked for me so far .... :)

Yesterday completed my 2nd full week on AH/AL with 1 full week of AH. I am really starting to see some changes in the muscles and in my strength. The muscles are looking fuller and harder. My strength is really starting to go up... I'm noticing I'm adding abit more weight and I'm doing more reps.

I would also add that my endurance seems to be up slightly. As I go thru my workouts I notice I just seem to have more gas in the tank. Its a great feeling to get towards the end of the workout and still feel like you can go forever.

I weighed in at 172 when I started 2 weeks ago. I always weigh in Friday morning.... and take pics Friday night and send them off to Matt for any adjustments in diet. This Friday morning I weighed in at 175... so I have gained 3 lbs in 2 weeks. Now my weight will fluctuate during the week but that is why the "official" weigh in ... is Friday morning.


My diet has been tweaked again for this week. Matt has added in some more calories for my non-training day diet. I was at 2650 cals - and now I'm at 3050 calories - 432 protein - 182 carbs - 64 fat.

My training day diet is now at 3655 calories - 360 protein - 320 carbs - 78 fat. He is basing all of this on how I look each and every Friday. The goal while on the AH/AL/AE is to stay lean but put on some muscle.

Its working.... I am much fuller and where at this point I notice it most is in my chest. Which I'm happy about ..
My main areas for improvement for next year are a fuller chest, bigger quad/hams and thicker back. Of course I want all the other parts to get better too... but I'm concentrating on those areas.

I'm going to the Indianapolis Moto GP (motorcycle) races this weekend. I have been in contact with Matt as to a few small changes because of being at the track all day Fri/Sat/Sun. We are going to do our best to keep the macros about the same ... I will not be doing pics this week. I will probably post up pics the following Friday.

I've got a better computer that I just setup for doing the videos so I will be getting alot more of those up quicker starting after this weekend. I think the videos will add alot more to the logs so I'm going to work hard to make them as good as I can ...


Working on resizing some pics to get these things up .... time consuming ... :(

Hey guys.... posted up 2 quick videos ... one from last night doing some biceps and one from tonights chest workout. I injured my shoulder/collarbone area last week doing chest and it still effected me tonight. No heavy weights... just trying to squeeze and get a pump. I still felt it again tonight even going lighter. I may have to skip next weeks chest workout and let it heal.

Now.... the 2nd video where I do an impromptu posing with my shirt off in the gym.... uh, well that never happens. I've never taken my shirt off in the gym to pose. I'm blaming it on the Andro Series ... Hard/Lean/Enhance. Monday started the 3rd week of it, 2nd for the Enhance... and I just feel great when I'm in the gym. I get alittle crazy with the "AndroSeries baby !!" in the video ... but hey... if it made you smile then I did my job of entertaining you !! :)

As you can see I'm pretty vascular ... even in the stomach area ... when I hold my pose my chest and shoulders really start popping veins.

My strength has really started to go up ... and I'm definetely getting harder.

Thanks HTS ! ... getting ready to leave and get in some quads before hitting the bed. Gonna leave about 3:00 am and head for Indy ... Friday will be a day off but I'll get a TON of walking in. Saturday after they run practice and qualifying ... there is a Golds Gym in Indy I'm gonna hit up some back !!

Hi guys.... spent Fri/Sat/Sun in Indianapolis at the Moto GP races. The weather was perfect !! I was able to stay pretty strict on my food... I did not have my usual carb source of rice and yams. I used wheat bread and buns with my cold chicken breasts lol. The bread made me feel bloated and very full which I'm sure is to be expected.

I did a back workout at Golds in Indianapolis... boy what an experience that was. We got there at 5:00 pm and as we pulled up there was a huge banner that read ... "open 24 hours" ... I thought to myself, awesome got all the time I need. As I talked with the young kid at the counter he informed me that it was $20.00 for a day pass and that they closed at 7 pm. I was abit confused and told him the banner outside said open 24 hours. He explained to me that.... "oh, yes but not on the weekends" ... whaaa ... ok, whatever heres my $20.00 I'm gonna go train.

There were a few pieces of equipment I had seen in videos but never got to use.... sooo I tried them... very nice. Wish we had those at the 2 gyms I go too. Anyway had a great workout there and then refueled with my 1 cheat meal a week ... very good all you can eat chinese buffet !!


Guys I just started the 4th week and my strength is really starting to increase. In addition to that I'm getting alot of questions/comments about wow, your really looking lean how far out are you from your show... I tell them ... about 10 months !!


The stack of AH/AL/AE is really beginning to work some serious magic. At this point I'm extremely happy with the results and I still have 5 full weeks left on this stack !! The vascularity and hardness is really coming out and I'm just really excited to get into the gym everyday.

Including a couple pics from tonights workout .... back on my diet 100% now that I'm back home .... after first day ... feeling better already ...

Yea I have some.... I will try and post after work and after my workout tonight ... :)

I also put together a video of still pics on my youtube channel ... TL Fitness .... the video is called "Transformation" ... but I'll try and get some pics up tonight for you.
