To answer ur question . I feal good. I've noticed more energy, lower appetite , some fat loss and some muscle gain. this is working more like a recomp but it's good. I'm working out more for a recomp anyways. I do feel good but I don't get very aggressive on cycle unless u count road rage. The pct I have planed to use is nolvadex due to it being cheaper . now my question is since these products don't cause a harsh shutdown of the body could I get away with using say erase and some daa ? I still plan on using nolvadex but if I could just save it for a harsher compound that would be better. Let me know thanks
I like erase and DAA, but the TRS is much more comprehensive, if you are looking to save money just run the nolva imo erase and DAA is not sufficient.

I would vote for Erase and DAA before I would vote for Erase and Powerful. I would just use the Nolva you have though.

Today I'm gonna try something a lil different I'm gonna separate my dose cuz it's over 12 hours before I hit the gym. So I'm taking 3 ad/ah now and the other three at midnight. Plus not to mention 12 pills all at once kinda sucks Nevermind vitamins etc.
This morning I did 30 min hit on the elliptical burned 410 cals and had an awesome abb workout. I added in a lil redline and I was full of energy. My heart felt like it was gonna pound out of my chest . Lol

Today 22 min hit elliptical 300 cals burned legs front and back , inner thighs and outer , leg push plate and calves . Had a good workout today my abbs are wicked sore from yesterday and when this workout catches up to me tomorrow I know I'm gonna be in some pain lol no pain no gain..
At work and bored right now . Thinking about my next cycle. I'm debating on continuing my cut so I can try to have a six pack this summer or bulk the f up again. I definitely wanna try ultradrol soon before the end of summer . Preferably before lol. Gotta be nice and big for summer. Idk
I tried to force myself into the normal bulk in the winter/cut in the summer routine. This winter my bulk went good (up to around 210), but diet has been off and on due to a new job *no excuse*, but I was able to correct it a bit and tighten up a bit at the same time
Nice man. Bulking = more muscle witch in return also means lower bf%. Although I have my problem areas ( chest , belly and love Handel fat ) I miss that bad a$$ feeling of being big. My wife thinks my biceps have gotten smaller since August lol I was on sd . She has also noticed my belly going down witch she likes. She wants me to get my bis back up. As I'm sure anyone following this log has noticed I like switching my workouts around, gotta keep my body guessing..... Took some nitric oxide and I must admit I looked nice and big today and felt big too. had a nice boost in confidence today.
