It seems that almost everyone using GPLC is taking it ONLY pre-workout; however, if it actually increases NO production, and therefore increases blood flow to muscles, it seems that it would have GREAT benefit taking it EVERY day. On non-workout days it seems it would help speed recovery.
Is there any research to suggest daily use of GPLC produces greater benefit than using it just before workouts.
Also, with both the GPLC and the ArginoCarn, is it necessary to take them on an empty stomach in order to avoid cross-competition with other amino acids for absorption and/or transport (e.g., across the blood brain barrier)?
