Me and my cousin ordered up 2 items .. But we only received one bottle .. I contacted the PP customer help email, didn't hear anything
Spoke with a rep on a live chat gave him all my info ( name order # etc )
He told me that ge will forward it to a shipping manager and that dept will get back to me asap
Been couple of days haven't gotten any email or phone call .. Can a rep lead me to a right path please
