EndoAmp for cort reduction at night = sleep?

Once asleep, I'm good. Falling asleep, diff ball game!

I have tried all the relaxers and they work to relax but not fascilitate sleep!

Pre-bed: Will EndoAmp's ability to reduce cort levels possible assist with sleep? I speculate my slight anxiety = elevated cort levels at night mioght be the culprit.

OR -I am thinking backwards here?? HELP

Also, is there any taste to EndoAmp? Good bad neutral?

It is possible that EndoAmp could help you fall asleep. Since everyone is different though I nor anyone else can give you a definitive yes. However, since you say you experience slight anxiety at night I would be more inclined to think that the EndoAmp would help you relax as it would calm your cortisol levels. Just my two cents...

    Cheers!

i take endoamp in the morning about 2-3 hours before i need to wake up...basically because i wake up to piss before my alarm goes off. anyways endoamp knocks me out hard after that and i end up sleeping through my alarm so id say give it a try for a sleep aid.
taste wise it like a nutty sweetness.
