crowbar what kind of results are you getting? how much do you use?
pepto is great pre and post w.o. Personally my fav protein for quick release and amino profile
Jgank, I use one 10 g. scoop first thing in the morning (along with other things which I won't bother to go into here), then a whey shake, etc. 1/2 hour later.
On work-out days I also incorporate 6 scoops into a rather complex pre/peri workout protocol.
I've generally noticed improved recovery and increased muscle (over other protein sources).
