Dermacrine to increase Androstanediol Glucuronide

Does Dermacrine have the potential to significantly increase Androstanediol Glucuronide, a metabolite of DHT?

I am seeing cases on other boards where people after finasteride use have low Adiol G levels and libido/ed issues.

There are even people taking supraphysiological dosages of T cream when 100 mg won't cut it (one is taking 300 mg). And even the 100 mg dose is not increasing DHT/Adiol G.

Would Dermacrine be good for this purpose (regular or along with TRT)?

Yes, it will increase Astanediol to some degree, but we actually include pregnenolone (progesterone precursor) which acts similar to finasteride to block 5a-reduced metabolites from being created from DHEA. (to limit hairloss issues)

Note - On the T cream, you want to apply the T gel/cream to the scrotum. It will enhance DHT/Astanediol conversion. I talk about that here -


Why are people trying to increase 5a-reduced metabolites while using finasteride? Why dont they just stop the finesteride?

they have quit the drug but somehow dht and adiol g remains low
