PP Ultimate fat loss stack+ EC stack

Anyone try this or have any input on this? Been using the Ultimate fat loss stack for a month and its just not doing it for me. Im losing the same amount i was when i was jsut using my diet and cardio alone. Thinking about using a combination of the dermatherm target as directed (1 time 2 pumps per day) plus two dosings of 25mg ephedrine hcl + 200 mg caffeine by combing a 100mg caffeine pill and a few egcgs??

What's the rest of your training and cardio regime like mate? Post it up and let us have a gander before jumping on the ECA.
 
Training - 3x per week mark rippetoe starting strength advanced workout (begginner with added dips, chinups, hypers, abs)

3-4 x per week hour and a half of BJJ grappling
2-3 x per week one hour muay thai training
monday wednesday friday- 30 minute jog first thing in am
tuesday thursday- 15-20 minute jog in am
3-4 times a week 30-45 min cardio in evening

diet:

8 meals per day ranging 300 - 400 calories
chicken, red beans, wheat pasta, salmon, sandwich on wheat bread, protein shakes + oats, all meals equalling (calorie wise) around 55 percent carbs, 40 percent protein, 5 percent fat.

additional supps = green tea, cla, glutamine, bcaa, multi

fat loss per week on this program= 1 pound? wtf?

Have you considered cutting out the carbs to ramp up the fat loss?

I see no problem with the FLS + EC stack.. it should work quite well.
