Planned 1T Cycle-Questions

How effective would 1-T be cycled 5 on(Monday through Friday)- 2 off. With Sustain Alpha 4 off-3 ON(Friday through Sunday)....for a time frame of 6 weeks? Of course weekends will be used for rest...

Where should my calories be if I'm currently 175, and by the end of the 6 weeks would like to be around 190? Not saying I'm going to gain 15 pounds of muscle, but that is my target weight. So to effectively gain 2 or 3 pounds per week what would my calorie intake be? Would like to keep diet somewhat clean throughout.

Products on hand for this cycle are 2 1T's, 3-TRS, 8 caps of CLA throughout. Planning to start sometime in October. Would be my second pH cycle, with the first actually being unsuccessful due to injury within my second week.
