Hey for the current version of Sustain Alpha is it supposed to be applied once per day or twice per day or maximum effectiveness?

Once a day, 5-6 pumps, cycle 5 days on 2 days off.

We recommend 1 application/daily. The formula is slowly released into circulation. In theory, you could split the dosing up over the course of the day if it's more convenient for your schedule/lifestyle. I would still recommend a single application if possible though.

Dosing Schedule: 5 Days On/ 2 Days Off.

Dose in the morning. Resv kept me awake when I took at 6pm..but then I respond very well to it.

I'd be interested in hearing about your results, bioman. Have you tried any of our other products?

I notice about 20 mins after dosing I get a little energy boost. Not sure if it's placebo or what.

I chalk it up to the aromatic oil blend. The smell really wakes you up ( in a good way) espescially if you dose it first thing in the morning.

Actually I currently doing a trial of T-Rez and getting great results already. I have a bottle of Sustain Alpha ready to go, thanks to the sale, and will give it a solid trial in the next week or two. If 800mg of oral trans res works this well, I can't wait to see what the results from a TD run will be.

Don't really want to make a whole new thread, so I guess I can post my question here (bit off topic). I apply 5 pumps to my upper body early in the morning, wait for a full hour to put a shirt on, but I sweat like a mother****er during my workouts so some of the sustain comes off on my shirts. Is sweating off of the product 2+ hrs post-application disallowing it to fully penetrate and work?

As long as you aren't wiping away the product with a towel, I think it will be fine. Physical activity can actually increase the absorption of the product.

Is there any way you could shower and apply Sustain after your workout?

It's definitely doable, I just like getting my workouts done early so that the majority of the nutrients I take in the rest of the day go towards strengthening the body part of choice with less wasted calories.

So far there's been a big boost in energy levels, alertness, mental clarity and some noticeable gains in endurance though I haven't really pushed that envelope yet.

And I'm horny, which is getting annoying.
