Sustain Alpha: 5 on 2 off, for how long?

I'm really happy with how I feel on Sustain Alpha. I have been using 5 sprays a day, 5 days on, 2 days off, as per the label. My question is, how long should one continue with 5 on 2 off? Should you take a break somewhere down the line, and if so, how long of a break? Thanks.

You could stay on that for quite a few months. There's no exact science, but after like 4 or 5 months, I would take a full 2-3 weeks off.
