test recovery stack

Do you feel the test recovery stack is adequate for a 4-week epi cycle dosed at 50mg's. Ran it at 30/30/30/40 and pct was test booster/ AI/ pcs, and recovered perfectly. would love to try the trs, all opinions are appreciated.
 
did you get blood work to show you recovered perfectly or just by "feeling"? It really depends upon each person and to what degree of shutdown they receive.
 
yes bloodwork showed that 2 weeks after completing pct. test was 2 points short of baseline before cycle which is nothing, and free test was a small percentage higher then baseline prior too. Just trying to figure out just how effective the trs really is. thanks
