Hey guys, I'm planning to stack cla/ lean xtreme on my cutting cycle to lose some unwanted body fat and to keep lean mass. What's the best time to dose both of them? Any suggestions and feedback from experiences would be great. Thanks.

Lean Xtreme

Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 1 cap 30-40 min pre-gym
Dose 3 - 1 cap last thing at night

Non-Resistance Training Days
Dose 1 - 1 cap first thing in the morning
Dose 2 - 1 cap 4 hours later
Dose 3 - 1 cap last thing at night


CLA

Dose 1 - 1 cap with breakfast
Dose 2 - 1 cap with lunch
Dose 3 - 1 cap with dinner

Note that it doesn't really matter which meals you take CLA with, so long as you dose ~3 times daily preferably with meals.
 
Alright. Thanks guys. I will dose it as outlined total of 6caps per day

Agreed that looks good. You can actually take up to 8 caps/day (2 caps per dose), but i would start at 6 caps/day and adjust as needed.
