From what i have read the PCT sorts your body out back to normal at the end of the cycle so has no real long term side effects??

So whats diff about taking it at 18 say to 24?

There are significant differences, imo. Not only on a physiological level, but psychological as well. I'm a firm believer that you should maximize your own natural potential before moving on to hormonal substance. At 18 y/o, you have a TON on test running through your body right now. Hell, i made some of the best gains of my life at that age, and natural. You want to develop a solid training and diet regimen.

My advice is this. I would wait a few more years and really utilize the benefits of being young, and turn that into one hell of a solid natural foundation first. I can't stress enough how important that foundation is on the road to success in the end. Bodybuilding is a slow and gradual process, but many people try to expedite it only to fail in the end; this is because a solid foundation was never built in the first place. The hormonal stuff will always be there when the time comes. You'll know when you're at that point if you choose to go in that direction. When you do, there is a ton of research on this topic that should be done beforehand. Knowledge is power, and far too many people forget that.
