    At my funeral! Lucky the spotters are quick at ESP. I can't wait to get the photos. Apparently I look pretty squashed! My mate squatted 415kg, drug-free. It's a new Australian record. He's a big boy!

    Yeah, I've been using AP for a few months (3-4 a day) and I feel it has prevented the body fat increase I had last time I was bulking up. Good stuff!
