    Hi people

    Please find links to some clips i filmed on sunday of me squating from 3 different angles, advice on my technique would be really appreciated, first thing obvious to me would be my knees goin forward too far.....

  4. no that didn't help. nose around and make some posts then dude. it's not hard to hit twenty.

  5. I think that your depth is pretty good, especially on the second rep.
    I would recommend trying out the low bar position - it made a lot of difference for me.
