Bench press - Most ever: 455, Now: prob about 385

Dumbell bench - can do 120 x 10

Curl bar curls - ?
Hammer Curls (dumbell) - ?
Straight bar curls - ? I never really pay attention to the weight on curls, just do what feels right

Tricep pushdowns - depends on which stack i'm using

Deadlifts - have done 495 x 10 before, can do it 4 or 5 now

Squats - did 505 x 8 before, going lighter now for knee

Leg press - ? as much as our machine would hold

Back pull downs - usually stick with about 200 or 210 x 10

Cable rows (back) - ? use a hammer strength row machine most of the time. I can do several reps loaded with five 45's each side

what abour forearm curls!haha
standing behind the back barbell ok?

I hit 245 for 15 once, and I am talking last 2 finger sections holding on to full curl. Please say that isn't strong because that was when I wasn't pushing serious weight around the gym those few months.

Big, strong, and good looking. A triple threat guy huh. Insane numbers. What's funny is I'm a pretty big guy, but my body just isn't built to handle a ton of weight. Maybe I'm just a b!tch. :(

If by good looking you mean Shrek-like, then yes, I would be a triple threat :)

My frame and leverages (huge when it comes to power output) are pretty much ideal for handling heavy weights, but its also what gives me my ogre-ish build.

Heh. I'll say. I would crumble under that weight, no matter how long I trained for.

I have the same problem. I think most people are suprsied when they see the weights I lift with. I can deadlift and squat a good bit, but my bench is HORRIBLE. 275 was my max. I'm 5'8", 218lbs, about 13%bf. I should be getting way more.

Well... you can pretty much take everybody's digits and multiply that by .2 - .25 and then take the product and subtract that from the original number ;) Since I'm not macho and I'm not into untamed movements I'll be honest about what I do. Whatever.

Incline Dumbell Press: 100lbs each arm, 10-12 times with a good negative and explosive concentric. Some days I can only or will only do 80-85s if my shoulders are beaten.

Overhead bar shoulder press (standing) - I will just man handle 175 for 10 reps and envision the weight being a corpse.

Dumbell shoulder press - 85 lbs each arm for 10-12 reps. Yes, my shoulders are as strong as my chest almost. Whatever.

Squats - Every so often I do squats I'll just load 225 on the bar and crank out 20 reps straight through for a couple sets with virtually perfect precision.

Power cleans - Once in a while I'll do these first to maintain good strength and form at this explosive, awesome, compound movement. I will clean 185 lbs for 10 reps with great tempo and precision.

Curls? - My biceps are too big as it is. I don't do these.

I have to wonder why you wouldn't believe peoples claims, did some dude break your heart in the past?

Hey, as long as you're making progress and as long as you're happy with the progress you are making, that's all that should matter. We all start somewhere. Do you think Nick started benching 700 overnight? Personally I recently started squatting again because I've always had problems with my knees. I front squatted 235 for 8 and my knees were screaming! But they feel a lot better than they used to. So what if I don't use a lot of weight. I've been happy with my leg development over the past two months since I started hitting the legs hard like I used to. It feels great. By the way, I've noticed that lunges have really helped with my knee problems.

very true i know. Building up is a long process but the numbers are going up so i shouldn't complain. My problem is trying to cut but maintaining strength. I've always been a little tubby but im 6'2 so i can hide it but I'd like to get back to 220 with the same strength levels i have now if not more..........damn i hate cardio

You and me both brother. Trust me, the only way you'll maintain strength while cutting is if you do it over a long period of time. As you lose weight, especially rapidly, you're going to lose some strength.

That dude is a dumbass. Most Powerlifters don't lie about there numbers since we compete in meets and the numbers are recorded. Everyones results are on PowerliftingWatch.com if your that skeptical or think there lieing.

I apprecaite the laughs, especially that PM...

But maybe if you were a little more open minded, and didnt disqualify other's accomplishments, I would've been a little nicer.

Either way, I'm glad we're not gonna meet in person, cuz that "dirt nap" doesn't sound too fun to me... :D

Weight: 180lbs

Bench Press - 285lbs
Squat - 400lbs
Deadlift - 400lbs

Those numbers are pretty rough as I haven't maxed out in a while and those are estimates. During my lifting experiences I've never really focused on improving my lifts until recently; I mostly focused on improving physique. It finally dawned on me I can improve my physique while improving my lifts. The thing is I don't want to become too bulky. I'd never want to weigh more than 200lbs, staying lean of course. My plan is to hit a certain weight and then maximize my strength gains for that bodyweight. By next summer I'd like to be around 190lbs and cut, and obviously improve my lifts drastically.
