So, before i try it again. i wanted to get as big and cut and fit as possible. I started with sets of 155. As i took the No explode i felt a gain each week. By week 3 i was at 205. Then i tried NaNo Vapor and Nitro-tech Hardcore. I was intaking around 350gs of protein per day for a month with the No-Product, lifting 5 days per week on a split body routine. I was up to 180lbs on month 2. After that i took ON Whey, Animal Stak and Pak, MRI Anabolic Switch, Mass Tech weight gainer, Cell Tech Hardcore, ALR Wtf Pumpd, All the protein you can think of. I got the most gains on Cell Tech. On the month i was on that "month 3 and 4" i went from 225x4 to 225x12 and 240 max to a 285ish max. I have good stamina with 225 but i think i burn myself out before i max. I guess creatine just had a great effect on me. I love it when people ask if im roidin, because i know i have did it all with hard work. im a HARD GAINER lol
Someone made a trip to the cornerstore GNC... Those are some solid gains man.

What do you mean by pure protein diet? Nothing but protein? Like, just all shakes and $#!+?

Thanks Piston Pump. Force of Green. My "pure protein diet" was literally ALL protein for a month or so. I would eat around 8 loaded Peanut butter sandwhiches a day. Along with 2 or 3 servings or tuna and chicken breast. 3 whey protein shakes "morning, pre workout, before bed and whey isolate protein before bed. It was a rough diet. The key is not to run at all. Just hit the abs as hard as you can to keep you in decent shape, and the gains will come. Creatine is very overated in my opinion. I actually think 2/3s or my gains came from the diet change.

Sounds pretty cool man... hey if it works and you can do it, do it up! Try your peanut butter sandwiches with Ezekiel bread and be sure to get in atleast 5 servings of veggies and some fruit.

I like the way I feel without breads, pasta, rice (yes WITHOUT RICE) sugars, oats, diet soda, and dairy.

I am now eating basically Ezekiel products (sprouted grain bread and cereal), chicken, red meat, veggies, fish, shellfish, Goat Whey, nuts, and a few other things. I'm learning to listen to my body, but not to my cravings.

Good stuff.

Definitely check into a 'superfoods' product though if you're not getting any veggies or fruits. V8 Splash tastes good, and it may have some good juice concentrates, but like most processed foods it lacks important phytonutrients, anti-oxidants, and is usually mostly fortified with synthetic vitamin sources.

Superfood products will give a good spectrum of these missing links in the proportions found in nature.

Also, be advised of bad breath caused by anaerobic bacteria. Brush your teeth very often, as proteins in your mouth that decompose in an anaerobic matter will leave you with breath of a parched camel.

I like V8 low sodium as well. That's definitely a better choice for nutrients than diet V8 Splash. Splash tastes good and is refreshing, but it's mostly water and natural flavors with fractions of vitamins added to equate to the minimal RDA.

Any superfoods product, whether it's Green Lightning, Red Lightning, Super Greens, Green Magma, Rainbow Lightning... most likely has a very high content of the phytonutrients, natural vitamins (surplus), and other miscellaneous trace minerals that will give you a noticably better quality of life when consumed regularly.

I was thinking of starting my morning with a whole-foods type shake consisting of organic hemp protein, barley grass extract, chlorophyll, and spirulina with some frozen blueberries.

Unfortunately no, they're powdered formulas found in health food stores, nutrition stores, or Wholefoods... Wegman's... They're like those Miracle Greens and Miracle Reds that Nutraplanet has.
