Yeah, I know. I think that 1-2 years ago so maybe he's brought his tri's up by hitting those skullcrushers hard. No idea. I haven't seen him post anything around here in a while.

My guess is your right on 500lbs. Damn i'm good

EDIT: ah damn...thats your goal. Mid 400's based off the skull crushers alone. Alot is dependent on technique and what else your utilizing.

i'm not sure if thats good or bad.

Turning 31 in April. But that does mean i still have 10-15 years till my strength peaks

It's a good thing I guess. I would've guessed 28, so you look 3 years younger than you are. I expect you to be deadlifting 900 @ 46 years old.

yeah the last time i maxed(i was 18) i got 410(should have tried 415) failed 420 half way up, but i think i can get about 435 now.
