You guys are a strong bunch, I know it is the internet and all, and just like I was 6 feet even in my college football program (I'm 5'10" if I'm lucky) there may be a little exageration now and again. I don't theink I am calling bull****, but if you could share a video of the 315 X 10 skullcrsusher, I think that would be awesome. I always thought I was kind of a freak on that particular movement, and can do a pretty clean 225 X 10. I have worked out with some pretty strong benchers, 500 plus, who cannot touch even 225 X 10.

Go on youtube and search "Nick Winters"

You'll be presently surprised. I've trained in the same gym as Nick in the past. I can def vouch for a lot of the numbers he's saying. I may have not seen the actual lift but number that weren't too far off.

I've got to see 315 x 10 skullcrushers. I know Nick is an incredible lifter, but properly performed skullcrushers with those numbers would equate to a 1000+ pound RAW bench.

Just based on what dozens of people I've lifted with that have varying builds can skullcrush in comparison to what they can RAW bench. Not trying to dog Nick, I'm well aware that he's an incredible lifter, but just saying I'd like to see it. I'm assuming they're done with a short ROM or something.

Gotcha, I've skullcrushed 135 for a good number of reps before and was j/w the correlation because the most I've ever benched is in the high 3's. Since my number is a little less than 1/2 of Nick's then I should be able to bench between high 4's low 5's. I guess i'm not benching to my full potential lol

I might be wrong. He could have incredible tri strength, and lack lat strength or something. The guy I've worked out with closest to Nick's strength, could SC 225 x 6-8 and could raw bench 600. For the record, I don't think Nick is lying, I just want to see it, really I do.

I remember Nick used to complain on here that his tri's were his weakest link bench-wise. Maybe he corrected the problem, though.

Yeah, I know. I think that 1-2 years ago so maybe he's brought his tri's up by hitting those skullcrushers hard. No idea. I haven't seen him post anything around here in a while.

My guess is your right on 500lbs. Damn i'm good:bb:

EDIT: ah damn...thats your goal. Mid 400's based off the skull crushers alone. Alot is dependent on technique and what else your utilizing.

It's a good thing I guess. I would've guessed 28, so you look 3 years younger than you are. I expect you to be deadlifting 900 @ 46 years old.

52 dips is pretty impressive. I've done 37 before at my current, and I was winded as ****. Didn't want to do anything else after that.

I'll see what I can achieve after some more time in the gym. I'm on a cut now, but I'm trying to maintain strength...

    Dumbell Flat Bench - 100 x 6
    Dumbell Shoulder Press - 80 x 10
    Hammer Dumbell Curls - 55 x 8
    Squat - ?
Clean and Press - Practicing form after a long hiatus
    Deadlift - ?
    Pullups - WEAK
Dips - 24 right now, but trying for more...
    Freedom means nothing here.

Bench press Don't do it(last time I did it was two years ago 300 was my max)

    Inclined 245-6x's.

Deadlifts 405(maybe more havnt maxed in a while and dont know if Im going to I like reps at a heavy weight)

Squats 300 ass touching floor. done 405 parrell or close to.

Leg press 6 plates each side for 6 last time at gym

Piston Pump. I have gained around 20-25 lbs all together. I started with just BSN NO-Explode and a pure protein diet in September. Thats when i shot out of the roof. I gained like 10lbs in a week. I was an all state running back two years ago but i was never very big. I tried playing college ball in D3 a year or so ago, but i was stupid and came home. So, before i try it again. i wanted to get as big and cut and fit as possible. I started with sets of 155. As i took the No explode i felt a gain each week. By week 3 i was at 205. Then i tried NaNo Vapor and Nitro-tech Hardcore. I was intaking around 350gs of protein per day for a month with the No-Product, lifting 5 days per week on a split body routine. I was up to 180lbs on month 2. After that i took ON Whey, Animal Stak and Pak, MRI Anabolic Switch, Mass Tech weight gainer, Cell Tech Hardcore, ALR Wtf Pumpd, All the protein you can think of. I got the most gains on Cell Tech. On the month i was on that "month 3 and 4" i went from 225x4 to 225x12 and 240 max to a 285ish max. I have good stamina with 225 but i think i burn myself out before i max. I guess creatine just had a great effect on me. I love it when people ask if im roidin, because i know i have did it all with hard work. im a HARD GAINER lol
