I am having problem lifting 100lbs. My hand gives out before my shoulders do. Any suggestions. I sweat and it slips. I have done 100lbs before but I keep slipping.
Do some grip exercises on the side. And everything will be fine.

I do have straps I will need to get hooks I guess. Does a hook consider it to be cheating?
If you have the straps why arent you using them on the shrug?
