How many of you guys are familiar with this guy? How about any of his literature? Kettlebell training? I find his principles for gaining pure strength very interesting.
EDIT: The title SHOULD have been "Pavel Tsatsouline". I don't know how I f'ed that one up.

I have done kettlebell training before and it is hellacious. It does give you awesome grip and core strength, though.M.Ed. Ex Phys

Yeah, kettlebells are great! I my gym had a pretty decent set but my current one only has a few.
Here a vid I bookmarked that I watch everyone once in a while.
