I have done kettlebell training before and it is hellacious. It does give you awesome grip and core strength, though.

Yeah, kettlebells are great! I my gym had a pretty decent set but my current one only has a few.

Here a vid I bookmarked that I watch everyone once in a while.

most of his ideas are very productive and are a refreshing addition to the usual routine but kettlebells are hard to find and pretty expensive. some of his stuff can be modified to suite your needs tho. try the pistol squats if you want a break from reg squats they are a killer.
