Does anyone know perchance what was Gary Heisey's Deadlift workout routine and DL-assistance??
Went through the whole web searching for info - will you believe it? Of Great Gary's training not a single word!
I can't remember having read anything on the subject in PLUSA, either.
Very strange when you see how people are apparently craving for information on Benny or Andy...
There is surely some PLifter or well-informed veteran who can tell me about this.:gotsearch
