Just like to share my excitement. I know its not a ton but it is a new PR on the powerclean. 225lbs weighing in at 182lbs currently.
 
thanks bro's. I haven't done them in months too, just felt really strong with them today. must be doing something right with my routines.
 
funny how that works, ain't it? my deads usually go up when i take an extended break from them as well.
