    I am going to post my workouts here when I get a chance, but it won't include every workout. I am busy with finals this week and then will be busy with life after graduation and will more than likely not have time to update frequently.

    So, here goes.....

    Today - shoulders

    Hammer strength behind the neck press

    front and side laterals supersetted
    40lbs dbsx10x4 sets

    Upright rows

    thats it, todays workout was cut short because of all the studying I have to do for my vertabrate physiology final.
