Today - shoulders Hammer strength behind the neck press 180x10 270x10 360x10 450x10 510x7 540x3 front and side laterals supersetted 40lbs dbsx10x4 sets Upright rows 275x10x3 thats it, todays workout was cut short because of all the studying I have to do for my vertabrate physiology final. You want advice on how to get bigger and stronger? Do Work!!! Read everything you can on diet and supplementation, read everything you can on various training principals, and then put what you have learned into action! I promise you will have to go back to the drawing board more than once, but experience is the best teacher there is. DO WORK! |
