| Registered User | Lately....the last 2 songs before I go into the gym are Anthrax-Skeletons in the Closet...and Anthrax - Indians. I'd use my MP3 player, but I've kinda liked not being connected to anything while working out lately. Weird. |

| Registered User | I'm so behind the times, clueless on who these bands are. I grew up on 70s rock, still have Nugent, Aerosmith, etc. in my Zen player, the most contemporary additions would be the Foofighters and the Stone Temple Pilots. Can anyone suggest bands a relic like myself might want to check out? |

| Board Supporter | This is a really weird problem I have. I CANNOT wear headphones in the gym. Does anyone else experience this? Whenever I have headphones on my breathing/heartbeat begin to regulate themselves in time with the beat of the music.... I have read studies that have proven this is a natural response to music, but was wondering if you guys feel the same? I got an Ipod nano from my girl for my birthday and cant even use it in the gym ![]() Code: Wedgy's AN Anabolic Drive Log!! http://anabolicminds.com/forum/applied-nutriceuticals/74142-wedgys-sponsored-anabolic.html |
