I am weighing in tomorrow around 5-6pm for that meet and am considering cutting weight to try and drop a weight class. Weighed 206 this morning naked after pissing. I was thinking up my water intake super high today, then just drink as very little as possible until weigh in, take some dandelion root to hopefully help flush out some excess water. I was also thinking that when I get there I could go to the hotel before hand and sit in the sauna to try and shed some water.
As long as I keep my diet reasonable, it shouldnt be too difficult do you think? Do you guys think this would have much impact on my strength levels? As soon as weigh was over I am going to try and pack back on every pound and then some. Let me know what you guys think.
