Wrist pain from OL's

Lately i've had pretty a slight but very noticeable pain in my wrists after many exercises. I think it is mainly from the increase in Cleans I've been doing, or possibly from pushing heavier weights on bench (which aern't that heavy compared to most of you), any suggestions to what might have caused this or how i should go about fixing it. Possibly some glucosamine and MSM or high dosages or flax seed oil?
