Flipping through some threads for info. Strong bump I know.

Are you a member of JTS site? If so they are some great videos up from him and Lilly from a recent seminar.

This link doesn't work anymore so I can't see what this one is.

Works for me. Good lecture.
Maybe bc it's through the phone? I dunno. I'll try it again on my PC later.

EDIT: It works on PC. I gotta watch the whole thing when I get time. I seen clips and it is good stuff from what I have seen.

Double edit: very similar to the new one I was referring to. Very awesome stuff IMO.

Yeah, I like the approach and have heard/watched a few of the others as well. It goes more back to old school IMO. Plus, I am not into geared lifting at all.
I have followed Josh Bryants stuff somewhat, so when Chad plugged him, I was more ears too.
Josh's stuff is some good ****zen too.

I never checked out Josh Bryants stuff. I will look into it.

I agree on the very old school approach and it makes a lot of sense the way he describes the SPP and following a narrower path for special skills. Great stuff.

He just has a few killer routines etc.
Fitness Articles By or For Josh

Got a few good DL vids on youtube too

Yeah as far as Chad's comments on staying in the middle of the road, I have to agree. When I got all find the weakness stuff and went off on differing exercises, my DL did not improve really. It was doing the actual DL from differing heights and with some accommodating res., that made a good bump.
