  1. First meet today


    Weigh in is in 50 minutes, kinda stoked but pretty nervouse. It's a push and pull. So I'm going to use this thread to mark my progress. Sadly enough the past 2 months have not been the greatest. The last time I dead lifted was about 3-4 weeks ago. I got 410x2 (sadly that's my greatest lift, I feel)
    Bench is pretty bad hoping to get 275 but I have yet to try 275 with pause bench. Normally I can get up to 295 for 2 without the pause.


    Weight ATM is unknown
    Heigh 5'11 been trying to cut to around 183 but as I said these past 2 months I've put on some fat due to family sickness.
    Gonna be one hell of a journey.

  5. Today was legs.
    Squat:
    135 2 sets of 12
    185 for 12
    225 2 sets of 6
    275 3 sets of 4
    315 for 2

    Went light today because it's been 3-4 weeks or so since I last squated

  7. Not to sure man, dident stick around to look at the comp but not to bad. So today I took the day off and tomorrow will be chest and tries and starting cardio aswell at 10min after workouts.

  10. Why did u take such a large jump from lift 2 to 3 on the bench. You jumped up 10 between 1 and 2 them 30. Just curious at why lift 2 wasn't 265. Did u have all your lifts planned out or did you base it off how u felt with each lift. Just wondering.

    Have not competed since. Sorry my son was jumping on me. My strength is almost back to where it was

  18. My next one is Feb 2 for a tune up . Az state meet.. only will do 2nd attempts.. Then Feb 16/17 Team POWER & inTENsity will take center stage at the Natural Nationals in Oklahoma City!!

  23. Heavy bench at teammates house on east. I run the desert sports on thornydale and the snap on river. I mainly train at snap !! i put a cage in there, turf with sleds, KB's , sand bags, TRX, battle ropes, bumper plates, .. Its not your normal snap.. lol..

  28. Sorry no updates times have been shot so I haven't gymed and been eating right at all. Starting the 30 all will go back to normal. I've been in north Carolina due to family issues

  29. Haven't been lifting much this past month with my back/traveling. But I lifted back today. Dident do much just 7 sets of Deads and some lat pull downs. I'm trying to slowly rebuild my strength back up. Today 315 was hard to grip.
