Weigh in is in 50 minutes, kinda stoked but pretty nervouse. It's a push and pull. So I'm going to use this thread to mark my progress. Sadly enough the past 2 months have not been the greatest. The last time I dead lifted was about 3-4 weeks ago. I got 410x2 (sadly that's my greatest lift, I feel)
Bench is pretty bad hoping to get 275 but I have yet to try 275 with pause bench. Normally I can get up to 295 for 2 without the pause.
Weight ATM is unknown
Heigh 5'11 been trying to cut to around 183 but as I said these past 2 months I've put on some fat due to family sickness.
Gonna be one hell of a journey.
