    Then straight leg dl
    135x8(3 sets)

    Dead lifts
    225x8
    225x8
    275x6

    Leg sled 3sets of 8 with 3 plates

    Leg exstension 3 sets of 8

    Hami machine 2 sets of 8

    Good workout after the Deads I puked.

  6. Hey bro, I'm subbing along! I love powerlifting and you got some good numbers there!

    Just one question...

    If you want to compete why not try a Powerlifting template for lifting? Some 5/3/1 or a West Side variation?

    That's cool man, most of this is really having fun IMO, you don't get to cash in gym time hours (experience hours) by just doing everything you are told or a preset template. If you enjoy it and like it , and heck if it works for you just keep at it and enjoy! My question was simply because I do follow a West Side variation and I like knowing what other Powerlifters do to improve their big 3 , and also become stronger all-around.

    For the dead lifts you said my stance was to far apart. When I dl today I kept my feet closer togther and straight. Is that correct

    Ex) cheat - bench
    Back - bent over rows BB
    Legs- squats
    Shoulders - smith machine

    For my clients they will never do the same workout twice!!! For myself if i am getting ready for a meet i always start with major lift but rotate my assistance every week!!

    Imo the best thing you can throw into a PL regimen. Strengthening your lower back and hamstrings will prevent you from falling forward on squats and make deadlifts easier.
