I spent Saturday afternoon at Lightening Fitness. We started off with various yolk walks. Then did stones to shoulder, single arm loaded dumbbell press, some farmers walks and rope climbs, and finished off with a 230lbs (per arm) farmers walk, 200 lb sang bag carry, 180 pound duck walk, and prowler push. I have a lot of work to do.....
