  1. 16 year old wanting to get strong

    Hi I am 16, 5'8" 160 lbs and bench 140x5, squat 195x5 and deadlift 195x5

    I am currently on starting strength and drinking a gallon of milk/day... but was wondering after this program (maybe about 200x5 bench, 315x5 squat, 405x1 deadlift) what kind of program should i go on to?

  2. Focus on the here and now bro. When you hit your goal will work on the next stage, but for now just hit those goal weights, you have a little bit of time
