So after the track season is over I will be doing a shieko routine. So far I am debating between 37 and 29, but I believe I will do 37 first do a 2 week deload and then hit up 29 or Shieko's bench press (all this depending on results).
For supps I would get a heavy duty multi vitamin, fish oil as always, pre workout, some extenze, and the usual protein shake. But I'm in school for quite some time with some tough classes how hard is it to get work done after one of these excercises .... and any tips on how to do this would be great I will be logging whenever I start it and pretty excited

after the preworkout and workout u might wanna take a hour nap to feel refreshed lol then start ur homework.

Woops! extend I'll be getting it going in a new log in a few weeks was just hoping for some input on my idea of linking the two programs I'll be sure to post in here for a link to my log when I start it!

I prefer to lift in the morning before I start classes/homework or after I have finished everything I need to do for the day. I find it easier to get everything done when the middle of my day isn't interrupted by an intense weight training session.

That's good advice Won't stop I think I might try lifting after my stuff is done and preworkouts don't keep me up so that should be fine

writing up my spread sheet with just percentages and stuff today and notice this
squat "scissors" A.K.A lunges but on the reps and sets it says
"5+5x5" any idea what the first 5 in that means?

I am intersted to see how this goes. I wanted to try out the smolov squat cycle myself but I have also been interested in scheiko. I hear it is a sh** ton of volume.!

I've run sheiko 29 and 37 before. The mistake I made was never doing any heavy singles. I was too damn beat to ever do them. But sheiko has you training in the low intensity range (>85% of 1RM), so your body adjusts to those kind of weights. If you don't include at least a tiny bit of heavy work, you'll try to max out after running the program and be in for a nasty suprise.

Already finished lol it wasn't that bad maxing out after 29 I put 20 pounds on my bench, and it didn't feel to heavy probably due to the fact that I'm not training with ridiculously high maxes (nothing over 500).

Well If you do the master of sport cycle's I bet you get some pretty good cns stim going for the more advanced lifters.
