How do you mix the two or can you?
Whats your opinion on this? I am looking to make strength gains but at the same time would like to lean down a little and get rid of some unwanted fat. I've been through the bulking and leaning down process before and have done them seprately. Just wondering if anyone has been succesful at simultaneously doing the two?
Cardio and diet is obvious answer. Been there done that but what is your thought?
