(He denied working biceps or doing lunges in other interviews,although I had a magazine with him curling 2 plates a side on an ez-curl bar as well, I'll try and find the pic if any are interested).
Someone in strongman has to train for many different types of exercises. Mariusz Pudzianowski, Bill Kazmaier and other strongmen train their biceps. They train in a variety of ways for different events. It depends what you as an individual are after. Overall strength/agility/size or a focus on power etc. I used to just train the big three but now I like to have overall fitness/strength/power/cardio/size. I also like to have big arms haha.
