Xtreme tren & 5x5 Training


Should I use the 5x5 training method while on Tren?

whats ur goals if u just want to go up in all ur lifts then no.. then i would use westside or a PL program where u do lower amounts of sets ex. 5 x 3, 3 x 3..

5 x 5 added mass and strength in time when i did it awhile back.

5x5 is my favorite training method. simple and it works.
