Talking Looking to bring it to the next level.

I am an 18 year old male, all natural. i have used animal stak, protein powder, creatine and N.O products. I want to get into power lifting i am 5'9 and 205, my bench is 270, deadlift 500, squat high 400's, got 405x8. I want to join a federation or compete some how, even if i dont want to place i want to get the experience, learn, and get away from bodybuilding and start building the body i want. My diet is in check, im getting 250g+ protein, 3500-4k calories and, no real limit on the carbs, but not insane.
Any advice or any help thanks in advance.

    1. Find A Powerlifter friendly gym
    2. Don't worry about joining a fed right away, there are tons of unsanctioned meets that are cheap but will still teach you a lot.
    3. Read articles from Dave Tate, Louie Simmons, etc. Here is a helpful link:

    4. Pick a powerlifting routine and follow it like its a religion.
