    unable to press!

im unable to do overhead work properly because my shoulders are sooo inflexible. In the finish position there probably about at a 50 degree angle! This makes it impossible to do properly, i train for strength and strict overhead is probably the best thing i can do for my shoulders which are already lagging a bit. Any suggestions?

Fix your problem. it's an injury waiting to happen.

    Strengthen your external rotators.
