Yep - it's CARDIO.
i have to be in reasonable shape for my job and i know everybody's different but how much cardio do you do before it starts to affect your strength?
I don't do much cardio at the moment and need to step it up. I was thinking along the lines of some heavy bag work and FARTLEK style cardio 2 or 3 times a week.
What do you guys reckon? Does cardio hit your lifts adversely?
